Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DVMCP (the "Service"), including the hosted instance at dvmcp.co.uk and any associated Docker images, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Permitted Use

The Service is provided for the following purposes only:

Personal security research and learning
Academic and educational use
Internal security training within your organisation
Non-commercial security tool development and testing
Contributing to the DVMCP project

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service, the hosted instance, or the Docker image:

As part of, or in conjunction with, any commercial product or service
As a test target, demo environment, or validation tool for any product or service offered for sale
To provide managed or hosted vulnerable environments to third parties for commercial purposes
In sales demonstrations, marketing materials, or commercial training offered for a fee
In any way that competes with DVMCP or CyberSecAI Ltd products

Commercial use of DVMCP requires a separate commercial license from CyberSecAI Ltd. Contact: contact@agentsign.dev

4. License

DVMCP source code is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL). The full license is available at github.com/razashariff/dvmcp/blob/main/LICENSE. The BSL converts to Apache License 2.0 on 31 March 2030.

5. Disclaimer

DVMCP is a deliberately vulnerable application. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CyberSecAI Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or legal consequences arising from the use or misuse of this software. You accept full responsibility for your actions.

6. No Affiliation

DVMCP is an independent project by CyberSecAI Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Anthropic, the Model Context Protocol project, or the Linux Foundation.

7. Changes

CyberSecAI Ltd may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
